What I collect, and what I do with it.

The short version

If you request the Dynamic Field Kit, I collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. You receive the kit, welcome emails, and my practical letters on the dynamic. I do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time.

What gets collected

Name and email. Only if you give them through the signup form. They are stored with MailerLite, the service that sends my emails, and a backup copy of the form submission is kept by Netlify, which hosts this site.

Traffic data. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and where visitors come from, collecting things like pages visited, rough location, and device type. It also uses the Whop pixel, which tells me when a visit here leads someone to the Dynamic Mastery community. Analytics cookies start disabled. The Whop pixel loads only after you accept. You can change your choice any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Product and profile shortcuts. Short links that send you straight to my store can send a click measurement to Google Analytics without setting a cookie. This includes the link visited, referring page when available, browser language, screen size, and source app when detectable. These shortcuts skip that measurement when your browser has a saved Decline choice, or when its saved choice cannot be read.

Server logs. Netlify keeps standard server logs, the way nearly every website host does.

What it is used for

Delivering the Field Kit, sending the welcome emails and practical letters, and understanding what on this site is worth more of. Nothing else.

Who else touches it

Four services process data on my behalf: MailerLite (email), Netlify (hosting and form storage), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), and Whop (only if you accepted cookies, to connect a visit here with joining the community). Each has its own privacy policy. When you follow a link to my store on Stan or my community on Whop, you are on their property and their policies apply.

Leaving

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you want your information removed entirely, write to kane@kanecross.com and I will delete it. No forms, no waiting period, no guilt trip.

Age

This site discusses adult relationship dynamics and is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in any way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
